Meet Our Coaches

Our coaches at the Real Madrid Foundation Football Program in India are carefully selected by the Technical Directors to deliver high-quality football training for kids and youth across all centres. Each coach brings a strong combination of expertise, experience, and passion for the game, ensuring every training session reflects the standards of Real Madrid Foundation methodology. Through regular “coach the coaches” sessions, we maintain an international standard of football coaching across all programs. Coaches are assigned to specific age groups, allowing them to design structured football training programs that match the developmental needs of each player. With licensing and certification programs conducted by AIFF and AFC, our coaches undergo continuous training to enhance their coaching methods and player development approach. Additionally, all coaches and staff members are trained in basic first aid and CPR by the American Heart Association, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for every player.
