Our Technical Director, appointed by the Real Madrid Foundation, ensure every centre follows the Foundation's world-renowned training methodology. He mentor coaches, oversee player development, and maintain consistent coaching standards across India.

Julio Manuel Segret Mondelo brings years of international coaching experience to the Real Madrid Foundation Football Program. His expertise in player development, coach education, and technical leadership helps deliver the authentic Real Madrid methodology across every centre in India.

Our coaches at Real Madrid Foundation Football Program are carefully chosen by the Technical Director to meet the highest standards of expertise and passion for the game. Through weekly "coach the coaches" sessions, we uphold an international standard of coaching excellence across all football programs. Coaches are assigned specific age groups, allowing them to customize training programs to suit the developmental needs of each player. With licensing programs conducted by AIFF and AFC, our coaches undergo rigorous training to ensure they bring out the best in every player. Additionally, all coaches and staff members are equipped with basic first aid and CPR training from the American Heart Association, ensuring the safety and well-being of our players at all times.
