Nature

The Real Madrid Foundation is the instrument by which Real Madrid is present in society and develops its social and cultural awareness program. Part of the fees collected goes to support the foundation. In India, we are proud to continuously utilizes the resources at our disposal to contribute to social causes in partnership with agencies addressing youth-at-risk and less privileged children.

The Real Madrid Foundation was one of the winners at the Laureus Awards 2022. The Sport for Good Society category recognized the Real Madrid Foundation’s efforts in helping to develop society and young people around the world thanks to sport, which it has been doing since 1997. The Real Madrid Foundation becomes the first winner of this category.

Objective

Its main objective is to promote the values inherent in sport, and the latter’s role as an educational tool capable of contributing to the comprehensive development of the personality of those who practice it.

The aim of the program is to promote the values of the Foundation (respect, self-esteem, companionship, healthy lifestyle habits, autonomy, motivation and equality) through football and basketball, the children will improve their skills while learning the values inherent to the Foundation.
